Preparing your 2015 Pay Claim

We are at the time of year when we begin to plan for the 2015 Pay Review.
We have to submit our pay claim to the Company by the middle of November so we are looking for Prudential members help in putting the claim together.
This is your claim and we are keen to ensure that when we present the 2015 claim to the Company, it reflects your wishes.
We have already held members meetings in Craigforth and Waterhouse Square. Further meetings are planned on 3rd november in Paddington and 5th November is 121 Kings Road.
We have also issued a pay survey to members. If you haven’t received your survey please email unite@prudential.co.uk and we will send it to you.
If you are unable to make our meetings please email unite@prudential.co.uk with ideas of what you’d like to see in your pay claim. This could be improved pay, improved conditions or combinations of the two – the choice is yours. Please email your ideas by 4th November.
