Accept 98%
Reject 2%
Turnout 48%

Pay Settlement
Merit pot of 3% for Grades 1 – 3
Agreement on minimum FTE salary to be no less than the Minimum Income Standard (£15,000)
Agreed distribution guidelines for reward zones for managers.
Continuation of removal of salary caps
Review of Car Allowance, Working from Home Allowance and On-Call Allowances to be conducted by end of Q2 2012
Equal Pay audit to be carried out in 2012
